Bluebell Falls : Home Page

Bluebell Falls Goats Cheese is produced on the Keane family farm in County Clare in the rolling hills overlooking the Shannon estuary. Our cheese is produced everyday as the goats are milked twice daily. Milk from the evening is stored overnight at 4 degrees c and mixed with the following morning's milk to make our range of quality cheeses. Milk is not sourced from any outside farms and therefore all the cheese which is made comes from milk produced inside our own farm gates. This way, we know exactly what is in our milk and this in turn leads to the finest quality cheese you will ever taste.
